Who we are

What we collect
To send you a parcel we need your name, delivery address, email address and order contents. If you ask a sizing question we keep the measurements you share only for as long as the conversation is open, unless you ask us to save them to your account for next time.
Cookies
A basket cookie, a session cookie and a preference cookie for currency display. That is the complete list. There are no advertising or social media trackers on this site, so there is no consent banner to dismiss.
Processors
- Payment provider — receives your billing details directly. We never see full card numbers.
- Carrier — receives your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.
- Email provider — sends order confirmations, despatch notices and any restock alert you opted into.
Marketing
We send an occasional email about new stock only if you tick the box. Restock alerts are per item and stop automatically once the alert has been sent. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for six years, which UK tax law requires. Account details, saved measurements and wishlists are deleted as soon as you close your account or ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@petalchime.example and we will reply within thirty days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handled a request.
Children
This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen, and we ask that orders are placed by an adult.
